“So much of what we call management consists in
making it difficult for people to work."
Peter Drucker
The Adeo Group, LLC can help you to take an
objective look internally to affirm your mission and
values, as well as make recommendations for a
results-driven implementation strategy.
Adeo provides strategic solutions-driven services,
supported by customized performance assessments,
improvement and implementation planning,
action-based learning workshops, and executive
management coaching to accelerate organization
transformation. Our team specializes in
organizational development while acting as
influential catalysts to help our clients achieve
sustained improvement. This activity will begin
with a custom, comprehensive assessment of the
organization itself. Similar to a traditional
S.W.O.T. analysis, the comprehensive Adeo assessment
will delve deep into areas that impact your bottom
line.
Excellence, accountability, integrity, continuous
improvement, best practices, customer satisfaction,
survival and growth are key ingredients of a
successful organizational mantra in the 21st
Century. Blending these and other ingredients into
the right strategy and operation plan for your
organization demands a realistic sense of your
strengths and weaknesses in the context of your
business plan, competitive environment, and
capabilities. In our experience, the assessment
results will be used in the following manner:
1) The leadership team - the Chairman of the Board
and the Chief
Executive - can lead the organization in
conducting a comprehensive
self-assessment, refining mission, goals, and
results, and developing
a working plan of action.
2) Teams throughout the organization can use the
assessment to
invigorate projects, tailoring the process to
focus on specific areas as
needed.
3) Governing boards can use the assessment in
orientation for new
members, as means to deepen thinking during
retreats, and to
develop clarity on mission and goals.
4) Working groups from collaborating organizations
can use the
assessment to define common purpose and to
develop clear goals,
programs, and plans.
The Adeo assessment is designed to diagnose the
current health of your organization, enlist the
participation of select stakeholders, identify
potential gaps for future performance, and offer
recommendations to close the gaps. A typical
assessment follows the guidelines established for
the Baldrige National Quality Program. It is a
survey that may be conducted via mail, telephone, or
interview depending upon your needs. It covers
several key questions in 7 categories:
1) Leadership
2) Strategic Planning
3) Customer Market Focus
4) Information and Analysis
5) Human Resource Focus
6) Process Management
7) Organization Results
The assessment can be applied to your whole
organization, a division, department, team, project,
or special group. Give us a call to learn about the
